Dream Overseas reserves the right to cancel or change any terms of this agreement on short notice, DREAM OVERSEAS has No liability of Changes 4. The required application fee is due with the completion of this application form. Any annual fee paid to DREAM OVERSEAS are not refundable and DREAM OVERSEAS has the right to adjust the annual fee at anytime by writing publish the adjusted annual fee in a way DREAM OVERSE think it is appropriate. 5. Cancellation and Refund: "Cancellation" means informing DREAM OVERSEAS in writing after be successful acceptance in the e-enrolment system. No refunds are offered after the application form completed. 6. During the period of using e-enrolment system and for one year after both Parties terminate their relationship, all technical achievements, including, but not limited to, discoveries, inventions, know-how, concepts, processes, products, methods and renovations, related to the businesses, products, programs and services that are contemplated, developed and accomplished by DREAM OVERSEAS whether independently or jointly with others, shall be deemed DREAM OVERSEAS's technical achievements and absolute property and all the corresponding rights including intellectual property rights shall belong solely to DREAM OVERSEAS.
